At Matero Cookware, we strive to deliver your order with 100% satisfaction. Are you not completely satisfied? No problem. We have a return period of 30 days, which means you can register your order for return up to 30 days after receipt.

Return Conditions
- You must send back the ordered item(s) in the same condition as you received them.
- Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product from us that is defective or damaged, the shipping costs for the return will be paid by Matero Cookware. You then have the choice to receive a new product or to get a full refund of the purchase price.
Make sure to send photos and an explanation of the problem to support@materocookware.com when applying for a return of a defective or damaged product.
Refund
To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Once we receive the return shipment, we will inspect it and keep you informed by email. Upon approval, the full purchase amount will be refunded within 10 working days via the original payment method.
Return Costs
For returns of unused items, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return.
For returns of defective or damaged products, the shipping costs for the return will be paid by Matero Cookware.
