Return conditions
- You must return the ordered item(s) in the same condition as you received them.
- Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging.
Defective or damaged products
If you receive a product from us that is defective or damaged, the return shipping costs will be paid by Matero Cookware. You can then choose to have a new product sent out or to receive a full refund.
Make sure that when requesting a return for a defective or damaged product, you send photos and an explanation of the issue to support@materocookware.com.
Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive the return shipment, we will inspect it and notify you by email. If approved, the full purchase amount will be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method.
Return costs
For returns of unused items, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
For returns of defective or damaged products, the return shipping costs will be paid by Matero Cookware.
