How do you place an order?

Step 1: Select the desired products and click “Add to cart”. You will be redirected to the checkout page after you click on checkout.

Step 2: Enter your details.

Step 3: Choose the desired payment method and, if applicable, add a discount code.

Step 4: Tick the box next to “I agree to the terms and conditions and confirm my order”.

Step 5: Click “Secure checkout”.

Step 6: Make the payment using the chosen payment method.

Once you have completed these steps, your order is placed and you will receive a confirmation by email.

Payment methods

At Matero Cookware, we offer various secure payment methods. Below you can read more about the options and how they work.

iDEAL

The most used payment method in the Netherlands. Paying via iDEAL goes directly through your own bank, making it safe and familiar.

Klarna - Pay later

With Klarna, you can receive your order first and pay later within 30 days.

Klarna - Pay in instalments

Pay in 3 equal instalments with no interest. You pay the first part immediately; the rest follows automatically every 30 days.

Bancontact

Bancontact works similarly to iDEAL. Bancontact is mainly used by our Belgian customers.

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

Pay easily with your credit card. The amount is debited immediately or charged at the end of the month.

PayPal

With PayPal, you can pay securely without sharing your financial details. You log in with your PayPal account and confirm the payment.

Apple Pay & Google Pay

Pay easily via your mobile phone without manually entering your details.
