Return Policy
- You must return the ordered item(s) in the same condition as you received them.
- Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging.
Defective or damaged products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, Matero Cookware will cover the return shipping costs. You can then choose to have a new product sent to you or receive a full refund.
When requesting a return of a defective or damaged product, please include photos and an explanation of the problem with your return to support@materocookware.com.
Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive the return, we will inspect it and notify you by email. If approved, the full purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Return costs
For returns of unused items, the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs.
For returns of defective or damaged products, the return shipping costs will be paid by Matero Cookware.
