At Matero Cookware we strive to deliver your order with 100% satisfaction. Are you still not completely satisfied? No problem. We have a return period of 30 days, this means that you can register your order for 30 days after receipt return.

Returns Policy
- You must return the ordered item(s) in the same condition as you received it.
- Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging.
Defective or damaged products
Should it happen that you receive a product from us defective or damaged, the shipping costs of the return will be paid by Matero Cookware. You then have the choice to have a new product sent or to get the full purchase price back.
When requesting a return of a defective or damaged product, please make sure to send photos and an explanation of the problem to support@materocookware.com.
Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you by email. If approved, the full purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Return costs
For returns of unused items, the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs.
For returns of defective or damaged products, the return shipping costs will be paid by Matero Cookware.
